The Community Based Outpatient Clinic is there to provide Medical Services to Veterans who served in the US Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Gaurd prior to 1980, or served longer than two (2) years after 1980, or who served in the Merchant Marines between the years of 1942 and 1945 and were honorably discharged. Reservists and National Gaurd Members who served in Afghanistan or Iraq are also eligible. To verify your eligibility call or just stop by the Clinic for a friendly smile, a cup of coffee and on-site enrollment.
BRING A COPY OF YOUR DD214 or DISCHARGE PAPERS.
Military Funeral Honors*
Military funeral honors have become a statutory benefit to all veterans effective January 1, 2000.
Who is eligible? Military members on active duty, military retirees, members of the reserve component, eligible US veterans who served at least one term of enlistment and separated under conditions other that dishonorable.
